Return Guidelines

• 30-day return window from delivery date

• Products must be unused, in original condition with all packaging

• Original receipt or order confirmation required

• Return authorization mandatory prior to shipment

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale and clearance merchandise

• Customized or personalized products

• Intimate apparel and hygiene-related items

• Products altered or damaged by customer

Return Procedure

2. Include order number and detailed reason for return

3. Receive approved return instructions and address

4. Ship items within 7 days of authorization (return shipping at customer’s expense)

Refund Details

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after item receipt and inspection

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refunds issued to original payment method

• 15% restocking fee may apply for returns over $200

Defective Products
Contact us within 7 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We provide prepaid return labels and offer full refund or replacement at our discretion.
